This role requires an experienced SAP MM specialist to manage and customize the SAP Materials Management module, playing a vital part in maintaining and evolving the company's SCM system landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing customizing changes, developing professional technical concepts, and ensuring close alignment with various business departments. A key focus is providing 2nd-Level support for complex incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and maintaining interface integrity with adjacent logistics modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP GTS). The consultant will actively participate in strategic projects like S/4HANA migration and system harmonization. Candidates must have 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP MM (ECC/S/4HANA), strong customizing expertise in core processes (Purchasing, Inventory Management), and basic ABAP development skills. Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

Experience

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as an SAP Application Consultant or Key User focusing on SAP MM (S/4HANA / SAP ECC)
  • Professional experience with adjacent logistics modules
  • ABAP development experience (programming User-Exits, BADIs, Reports)
  • Professional experience in Project Management (Planning, Monitoring, Reporting)
