Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager specializing in Electrical Building Services (TGA) to join the team in Mittenwalde, Nottuln, or Papenburg. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive planning and project leadership for electrical systems, including power, telecommunication, and conveying systems, covering all service phases (1-8) according to HOAI standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating with construction stakeholders, rigorous scheduling and monitoring, preparing detailed specifications, reviewing technical drawings, and overseeing construction activities. Successful candidates must hold a completed degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent technician qualification. Professional experience in ELT planning and proficiency in 2D/3D CAD systems are essential.
