Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Design Engineer specializing in Avionics and Mission Systems to join a global Digital Engineering consultancy's Aerospace team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical control and evaluation of complex hardware and software supplier proposals within both civil and military aerospace environments. Day-to-day activities involve proactive coordination of suppliers during the development phase, ensuring timely and cost-efficient implementation of customized avionics solutions, including electrical and mechanical integration. Furthermore, the role contributes significantly to the advancement and implementation of modern Mission Management Systems and provides crucial technical support and consultation to production teams, customers, and program leadership regarding system functionality and design. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering and at least three years of relevant professional experience, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
