Job Summary
Join a growing IT consulting firm in Frankfurt am Main as an Onsite IT Technician, specializing in information and communication technology services. In this role, you will be responsible for executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes for IT equipment, ensuring timely completion. A key part of your day will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support to end-users, both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting issues, and installing software. You will also be tasked with maintaining technical documentation within the ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, IT Customer Advisor, IT Service Technician, IT System Salesperson, or Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Experience with IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes
- Experience in 1st and 2nd Level IT Support
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license.
