Job Summary

This critical role involves leading IT projects aimed at optimizing core business processes within a prominent cosmetics manufacturing group. The Project Manager will independently plan, steer, and execute initiatives, focusing heavily on improving and mapping processes within the SAP environment, ideally leveraging knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with external SAP consultants and internal specialized departments to develop and implement both SAP and non-SAP solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative technologies and ERP extensions (like ELO). The successful candidate must possess a completed university degree in a relevant field (such as Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering), several years of professional experience in the SAP domain, and initial leadership capability.
