Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an IT Specialist or comparable IT qualification, OR completed training as an Administrative Assistant or successful completion of the I. Administrative Course, OR completed commercial vocational training with a focus on Office/Administration or IT with the willingness to complete the I. Administrative Course.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support and administration
  • Experience with IT maintenance contracts and billing
