This role seeks an experienced IT Administrator and Network Technician to join a team specializing in medical IT and technology support for clinics and practices in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and testing of diverse medical software, alongside the administration of IT systems and servers. A key function is providing comprehensive on-site and remote IT support, analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, and ensuring the operational capability of the existing IT infrastructure. The administrator will also be crucial in planning and integrating new solutions and supporting IT projects, serving as the primary technical contact for clients regarding all IT topics. Candidates should possess a strong technical background in electronics or medical technology, formal IT training, and proven professional experience managing physical and virtual server/network infrastructures, including storage, archiving, and backup solutions. Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and fluency in German are mandatory for success in this client-facing role.
