Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support for employees of the City of Ettlingen, handling inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts and access rights, documenting all requests and solutions, and contributing to the continuous expansion of the internal knowledge base. The specialist will also assist with the setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT workstations. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, and fluent German language skills.
