Job Summary

This role is centered on the professional commissioning, maintenance, and repair of rail vehicles, requiring a skilled electrician or electronics technician. Key daily tasks include the specialized and quality-compliant commissioning of rolling stock, performing static commissioning tests according to specific instructions, and executing wiring and connection work. A major focus is placed on independent electrical troubleshooting and repair, including the maintenance and servicing of complex electrical components and high-voltage systems. The technician will also be responsible for servicing various sub-assemblies, such as air conditioning units, and utilizing internal customer software to read electrical data. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electrical field, professional experience in maintaining rail or motor vehicles, and fluency in German (minimum B2 level). This position requires strong PC skills, familiarity with technical documentation, and the willingness to work within a minimum two-shift system near Henningsdorf.
