Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Agent in Stuttgart, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external users, tackling diverse technical challenges. Your daily tasks will involve handling incoming 1st-level incidents related to mobile devices, client hardware, and software, performing troubleshooting, and documenting all activities in the internal ticketing system. You will also contribute to various IT projects aimed at developing the system landscape and installing client software using Matrix 42. This role offers an engaging environment with innovative IT solutions and a dedicated service team, providing excellent conditions for professional growth.
