Job Summary

This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards and sustainability within a long-established, family-run textile manufacturing company. The Quality Management / Quality Assurance Assistant will be responsible for executing and managing various audits and certifications, including Oeko-Tex 100, STeP, Made in Green, and GRS standards. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing sustainability and environmental management, generating related reports, processing customer complaints, and handling sampling for large orders. The position also includes conducting internal audits and training, alongside general quality management duties. Ideal candidates should possess a background as a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer, or be an ambitious production employee or laboratory assistant, with specific textile technical knowledge in weaving, finishing, or garment manufacturing. This full-time, permanent position offers a secure workplace, a 37-hour work week with flexible hours, and attractive collective bargaining compensation.
