Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to the development of future control units for a prominent client. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development, debugging, and testing of basic components using C/C++. A core focus will be on the configuration and integration of software components utilizing the Vector Toolchain, and supporting the integration team in implementing a centralized and highly integrated control unit. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, possesses several years of experience in control unit integration, and demonstrates strong programming skills in C/C++. Expertise in automotive communication protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet, along with familiarity with tools such as CANoe, DaVinci, and Lauterbach debuggers, is essential. This position offers continuous professional development and long-term security within an expanding engineering service provider.
