Job Summary

This full-time role as a Building Services and Facility Management Engineer at HAU Hebbel am Ufer, a leading international theatre and production house in Berlin, is crucial for ensuring the technical and commercial operational readiness of the venue starting in March 2026. The successful candidate will manage the combined technical and commercial aspects of facility management, guaranteeing the smooth operation of all building technology systems necessary to support demanding artistic productions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the critical coordination of necessary maintenance and construction measures, effective collaboration with external service providers, and comprehensive management of the departmental budget, including planning and monitoring. Key requirements include a completed technical education, demonstrable commercial knowledge, and standard IT proficiency (MS Office).
