Job Summary

This role involves the strategic development and comprehensive operational support of large international clients within a leading, globally operating consulting and service group specializing in complex insurance matters. The International Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing customized client solutions using internal and external resources, preparing for and following up on annual meetings, and intensifying business relationships with international network partners. A core part of the job includes supporting partners in tenders and Due Diligence projects, conducting fee negotiations, and maintaining contract data in CRM/ERP systems. The ideal candidate must possess a commercial background (education or degree), experience managing international enterprise customers, cross-divisional consulting expertise, and excellent English skills, coupled with strong negotiation skills and a confident demeanor.
