Job Summary
This role offers an opportunity to actively shape municipal infrastructure within the city of Weißenfels, focusing on comprehensive civil engineering, road construction, and structural engineering projects. The successful candidate will manage the entire project lifecycle, including conceptual road design for new construction, performing economic viability assessments, and ensuring rigorous project control regarding schedules, costs, and quality. Key duties involve acting as the client representative (Bauherrenvertretung), managing the procurement of construction and planning services according to German regulations (VOB/VOL/HOAI), and handling budget planning and grant applications. Applicants must hold a completed degree in Civil Engineering and demonstrate working knowledge of German road and public procurement law (LSA, VOB, HOAI, VgV). This is an unlimited, full-time position offering flexible working hours and dedicated administrative support, allowing the engineer to focus purely on core technical tasks.
