Job Summary

This 18-24 month Graduate Specialist Program offers a unique opportunity to drive the integration of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) technology within the R&D division of Bosch Home Comfort Group. The successful candidate will act as a GenAI Alliance Lead and Engineer Trainee, taking responsibility for GenAI tools, models, and platforms, and developing comprehensive strategies for their integration into sustainable products and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing a GenAI framework—from identifying use cases and implementing solutions to leading workshops and enabling stakeholders—and promoting knowledge exchange within GenAI communities. The role involves 4-6 customized rotations both domestically and internationally. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Data Science, coupled with knowledge of data analysis, ML/AI, engineering processes, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++). This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals passionate about international projects and shaping the future of climate-friendly product development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable degree related to Digitalization or AI

Experience

  • Professional experience in data analysis and processing, Machine Learning, or AI
  • Understanding of engineering processes
  • Initial experience with agile methods and project management gained through demanding industrial internships in an engineering environment
