Job Summary
This role involves serving as the Deputy Managing Director for the municipality of Schmidgaden, taking on a central leadership position within the local administration. Key responsibilities include deputizing for the Managing Director, coordinating official data protection and information security, and organizing local elections and ballots. The incumbent will also manage training and professional development, execute public building law, and enforce procurement and public contract law, including the fee structure for architects and engineers. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant qualification in public administration (AL II/BL II or equivalent) and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a citizen-oriented approach.
