Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support and Managed Service Engineer focused on actively shaping digital transformation through innovative software solutions. The engineer will be responsible for capturing and analyzing complex error situations within customer IT architectures, utilizing advanced test labs, and collaborating closely with DevOps, SaaS, and Cloud experts. Key daily activities include comprehensive remote and telephone support for existing clients, developing and implementing solutions (excluding end-user support), and performing configurations and adjustments in Managed Service environments (Remote, On-Premise, and Cloud). The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive expertise in Microsoft and SQL Server environments, a solid understanding of network topologies, and excellent analytical skills. This position requires strong technical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to clearly communicate complex technical issues, primarily in English, within a structured, customer-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship or degree in the IT field, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or managed services
- Expertise in Microsoft and SQL Server environments
- Solid foundational knowledge in network topologies
- Experience with multidimensional databases (SQL Server Analysis Services / Essbase) is beneficial
