Job Summary

The Technical IT Project Manager will take competent technical leadership within IT projects, driving initiatives from conception through successful rollout. This role involves deep collaboration with specialist departments to capture and analyze requirements, design future-oriented system landscapes, create design concepts, and prepare specifications and decision templates. A key focus is evaluating software solutions and their integration into the existing system landscape, which includes core systems like DMS (d.velop), ERP (SAP), CRM (Hubspot), and ESB/EDI (Lobster). Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on technical work packages, such as installing database systems for document management and importing master data, requiring diverse IT skills including knowledge of VBA, Shell scripting, and Python. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience in system design or technical project management, and comprehensive knowledge of system architectures, networks, and databases, coupled with a strong analytical mindset to optimize processes and achieve team success.
