Job Summary

This specialist role involves designing and managing complex electrical projects for modern building technology, photovoltaic systems (PV), and E-infrastructure within a regional family business in the Nuremberg area. The Electrical Systems Planner is responsible for guiding projects from the initial concept through execution, ensuring structured planning and compliance with technical standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating precise 2D and 3D workshop and assembly plans, generating quantity take-offs for cost calculations, and developing comprehensive project documentation, including revision drawings and schematics for both heavy and weak current systems. The ideal candidate holds vocational training as a Technical Drafter or an equivalent electrical engineering qualification, coupled with solid professional experience in CAD-supported electrical planning. Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software, particularly DDS-CAD, Simaris, and DIALux, is essential, alongside deep knowledge of relevant German construction and electrical regulations. The position offers a permanent contract, above-tariff compensation, 30 days of vacation, and a company vehicle.

Education

Completed vocational training as a Technical Drafter for electrical systems or comparable technical training/further education in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Solid professional experience in CAD-supported electrical planning
