Based in Lübeck, Germany, you will investigate the 'Development and function of differently glycosylated IgE antibodies' in the context of allergy and allergen-specific immunotherapy. The role involves addressing the critical question of why some sensitized individuals develop allergies while others remain healthy, utilizing advanced methodologies. Day-to-day work includes applying state-of-the-art experimental approaches such as single-cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and advanced molecular and immunological techniques.
