This critical role as a Production Planner / Production Controller involves detailed demand determination and production planning, managing short-term process changes, and overseeing a two-stage manufacturing process across various production facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of production schedules, maintaining the quality and accuracy of master data, and guaranteeing smooth production flow. Day-to-day tasks include supporting shift leaders with machine supervision, assisting staff with operational issues, and conducting necessary quality controls. Key qualifications include completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in production planning within a manufacturing industry setting. Proficiency with common ERP systems and MS Office is essential, alongside excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
