Job Summary

Bayer is seeking a proactive and scientifically driven Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join their Medical Affairs Oncology team, focusing specifically on Uro-Oncology within the Southwest region of Germany (Freiburg, Stuttgart, Mannheim, Heidelberg). In this critical field-based role, the MSL will act as a scientific expert, responsible for fostering trusted relationships with Thought Leaders and driving medical excellence across the territory. Day-to-day tasks include proactively exchanging scientific data, publications, and clinical findings, ensuring compliance in responding to off-label inquiries, and collaborating with medical societies. The role requires significant travel (approx. 75%), excellent communication skills for presenting complex medical content, and the ability to efficiently manage the territory while supporting strategic planning within a cross-functional team. A university degree in a natural science field is required, with an MD, PharmD, or PhD being advantageous.
