Job Summary

This role involves critical operational control and monitoring of high-voltage and medium-voltage power grids, including substations, for a major network operator in Southern North Rhine-Westphalia. The specialist will be responsible for executing and coordinating switching operations across the network, collaborating with internal and external control centers. A key part of the job is coordinating fault clearance, meticulously documenting all processes, and continuously monitoring critical parameters like network loads, transformer loads, and adherence to the (n-1) criterion. Candidates must possess a Master Electrician or certified Technician qualification (or a relevant Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering), strong expertise in electrical supply networks and remote control technology, and a high willingness to participate in rotating shift work.
