The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing Engineering Managers and their teams, ensuring technical excellence, stable structures, and a high-performing organization. Key duties include setting SDLC standards, managing tooling setups, scaling quality, and controlling internal and external capacity. The Director will collaborate closely with Architecture, QA, and Product Management to plan technical roadmaps, stabilize processes, and prioritize requirements. This position requires a technology-agnostic mindset, proven experience driving progress in complex organizations, and the ability to operate effectively in short cycles while maintaining clear delivery transparency through reporting.
