Job Summary

This role involves leading the workshop operations for switchgear construction within a young and innovative company specializing in the planning, design, and manufacturing of industrial switch and control systems, as well as electrical distribution systems. The Workshop Manager will be responsible for the organizational and technical leadership of the team, managing disposition, and handling the design and specification of devices, control systems, and plant components. Candidates should ideally have a background as a Technician or Master Electrician in Electrical or Building Technology, coupled with professional experience in measurement, control, and regulation technology or switchgear construction.
