Job Summary

This role involves joining an international machinery and plant manufacturer in Radebeul on a temporary, full-time contract as a Technical Specialist for Spare Parts Service. The core responsibilities include managing the entire spare parts process, from handling incoming customer inquiries and orders (both written and verbal) to checking technical requirements and ensuring parts availability. A significant part of the job is generating quotations in both German and English for spare parts, consumables, and modification measures. Candidates must monitor delivery schedules, perform price controls, and maintain accurate bills of materials (BOMs) by assigning material numbers and compiling recommended spare parts kits. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification in Mechatronics or Electronics, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong organizational skills, coupled with the willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
