Job Summary
This role is critical for the continuous development of a public law foundation dedicated to communication and media. Based in Berlin, the Officer for Organization and Process Management will significantly contribute to the strategic evolution of the overall organization. Day-to-day tasks include modeling and optimizing organizational processes, establishing the foundations for process digitalization, and designing the foundation-wide organizational structure. The position also serves as the key liaison to the external data protection officer and coordinates activities related to data protection and corruption prevention. Ideal candidates possess a background in economics, law, or administration, proven professional experience in organizational design, and expertise in process modeling tools and data protection regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position (E 11 TVöD Bund) offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to actively shape the future of a nationwide foundation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in economics, law, or administrative sciences, or equivalent administrative training (Verwaltungsausbildung II) with REFA qualification, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in structural and procedural organization (Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation)
- Knowledge in process modeling and handling process management tools
- Knowledge in data protection
