Job Summary

This role involves providing essential First-Level IT support and serving as the primary technical contact for employees within a public sector organization. The specialist will manage incident resolution using a ticketing system and handle the administrative support of Windows client and server systems. Core responsibilities include performing hardware and software installations, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting various internal systems such as digital time tracking, telephone systems, and the Intranet. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing IT processes, creating application solutions, and developing comprehensive installation and software documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in network administration is desirable.
