Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Process Manager within the central Sales Steering division of the VHV Group, focusing on optimizing service delivery to sales partners (brokers). The successful candidate will actively shape and improve administrative processes related to broker management, covering everything from contractual agreements and commission accounting to retirement. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting conceptual tasks and projects in broker administration, identifying and implementing process optimization potentials, and ensuring process excellence through quality management (IKS). The role also involves handling strategic and regulatory sales issues, developing concepts for top management reporting, and supporting the international integration of foreign brokers. Ideal candidates possess a background in law, economics, or a comparable field, knowledge of core insurance business processes, and strong communication skills paired with a structured, solution-oriented work ethic.

- Professional experience in a comparable environment (desirable)
