Job Summary
This role is for an experienced IT Specialist focused on providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for digital solutions tailored for medical laboratories. The specialist will be responsible for managing service desk queues, prioritizing and documenting tickets using JIRA, and analyzing and resolving complex system malfunctions. Key daily activities include monitoring customer systems, checking logs, coordinating deployments, and independently implementing configurations on client systems. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in IT support, practical knowledge of JavaScript and Linux systems, and excellent communication skills to effectively guide users and create necessary documentation. This position offers flexibility, including remote or hybrid work options, flexible hours, and the opportunity for up to 20 days of 'Workation' within the EU, contributing to the digitalization of the healthcare sector.

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development) or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
