Job Summary
This pivotal role involves taking overall responsibility for the strategic, organizational, and professional development of the Human Resources department within a large social enterprise in Schwabach. The Head of HR acts as a central partner to the Executive Board and management, providing expert advice on personnel matters, particularly concerning the AWO Bavaria collective agreement. Key daily activities include strategically leading HR, driving continuous development and modernization of departmental structures and processes, and ensuring high-quality, efficient HR services. A significant focus is placed on digitizing HR processes, managing complex labor law issues in coordination with legal counsel, and consistently improving HR service quality to provide reliable support to leaders and employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to guide team leaders and staff, ensuring a reliable, implementation-oriented department culture while overseeing resources, capacities, and payroll-related topics.
