Senior IT Consultant (Identity & Access Management) | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT professional to act as a key consultant and team lead, focusing on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding detailed customer IT architectures, identifying current IAM trends, and conceptualizing tailored IAM solutions. A crucial component of the job is the integration of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products, such as Saviynt or Omada, into complex client system environments. Furthermore, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of up to eight employees, supporting their development through feedback and regular check-ins, and fostering a productive work atmosphere. The position demands several years of experience in IAM or system integration, deep knowledge of IT security concepts like SAML and OIDC, and proven expertise in designing architectures and interfaces.
