Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT-savvy and commercially proficient individual looking to join a growing software company specializing in ERP systems for mid-sized businesses. As the first point of contact in the Customer Service team, you will provide essential support and consultation to clients via email, phone, and ticketing systems, ensuring quick and competent resolution of technical and application-related issues concerning the ERP system. Key responsibilities include analyzing, prioritizing, and documenting support cases, collaborating closely with product and development teams, and contributing to the creation of help documentation and FAQs. The ideal candidate possesses experience in customer service or technical support, strong communication skills in German (fluent) and preferably English, and fundamental commercial knowledge of business processes. This position offers a meaningful task, flexible working hours, mobile work options, and strong development perspectives within a motivated team with flat hierarchies.
