Job Summary

This crucial role involves joining the Net Development division in Berlin-Treptow to actively manage and optimize the processes supporting the 36,000-kilometer Berlin power grid, contributing directly to the city's energy transition and modernization efforts. The Process Manager will be responsible for the analysis, definition, monitoring, and continuous optimization of operational processes based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs). Daily tasks include supporting digitalization initiatives, leading process optimization projects, designing target processes, and deriving functional requirements for necessary IT systems. A key accountability is ensuring the processes maintain certification capability, including supporting internal and external audits. Candidates must hold a university degree in Business Administration, IT, or Engineering, possess strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented approach. Required Skills

Education
