Job Summary
This role is perfect for a technically-minded sales professional who thrives on acquiring and managing projects within the process industry (e.g., chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, food) across Eastern Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactive project acquisition, strategic development and maintenance of existing customer relationships through regular visits, and providing expert technical consultation to identify customer needs. You will collaborate closely with internal technical departments to develop tailored engineering concepts and manage the entire order process, including proposal creation and inquiry coordination. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for actively selling complex technical solutions, contributing directly to the company's growth in automation and process control.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training (e.g., Technician/Master Craftsman) or a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology (advantageous)
Experience
- Professional experience in technical sales or a sales-related environment focusing on planning and project development services
- Professional experience following technical training (e.g., Technician/Master Craftsman) in technical sales
