Day-to-day responsibilities include process analysis and modeling, focusing heavily on automation and AI utilization, managing requirements, and designing technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external experts. The ideal candidate will lead project implementation and optimization, organize workshops, and oversee testing phases. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science, or equivalent professional experience, combined with project management expertise and strong analytical skills. Experience with low-code and automation platforms, plus an understanding of AI trends in process automation, is essential for success in this dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
