Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, covering Client/Server environments, Firewalls, VPNs, Microsoft 365, and various application software. The specialist will also be responsible for technology support in areas like Virtualization, Azure Cloud (IaaS), and Terminal Servers, alongside monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure using modern tools. Key requirements include a completed IT-related vocational qualification and professional experience in server and client environments.
