Job Summary

This role involves the independent and holistic management of challenging Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) projects, spanning all service phases (1-9) of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing innovative and technically sophisticated solutions within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on building, industrial, and infrastructure construction. Key daily tasks include coordinating interfaces with internal teams and external planning partners, and generating essential project documentation such as specifications, MSR diagrams, and data point lists to ensure secure project execution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Automation, or a comparable technical Master/Technician qualification, and demonstrates a structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on economic efficiency and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainable engineering solutions as part of the BKW Engineering Network of Excellence.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or comparable technical field; OR Master/Technician certification in Technical Building Equipment (TGA) or Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Professional experience or initial success in the independent planning and execution of projects (HOAI/VOB phases 1-9)
  • Experience coordinating complex technical interfaces with internal and external planning partners
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a structured and solution-oriented working method
