IT Specialist / IT Automation Engineer | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on implementing modern, highly automated Service Management solutions, actively shaping ITSM and ESM processes. The professional will be responsible for developing extensive automations within Jira, utilizing tools like Jira Automation, scripting, listeners, workflows, and REST APIs. A core function involves programmatically integrating external service and infrastructure platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and On-Premises systems like Active Directory and Nutanix. Day-to-day tasks include realizing end-to-end service automations, designing and implementing self-service workflows with automated provisioning, and ensuring robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and security across all automations. The ideal candidate brings multi-year experience with Jira Service Management in enterprise environments, strong programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Groovy), and expertise in designing CMDB structures using Jira Assets (Insight). This position offers the chance to take responsibility in international projects and contribute significantly to the company's digitalization efforts.
