Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, particularly focusing on Cost Groups 440/450 within demanding construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including planning, steering, monitoring, and ensuring the standard-compliant implementation of all electrical systems. Key daily tasks involve creating tenders and contract documents, managing change orders, controlling costs, and coordinating a wide array of internal and external stakeholders, planners, and contractors. After an initial onboarding phase, the role expands to include a Team Leader function within the Project Management division at the Hannover/Langenhagen location. This position requires a technical background (Technician, Master Craftsman, or Engineer) and proven multi-year experience leading large electrical projects, combined with strong organizational talent, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented approach.
