This role involves acting as a key IT Specialist focused on Client Management, specifically handling 2nd Level Support for the platform service of an external data center across its entire lifecycle, from conception to stable operation and continuous optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing service-related processes, managing external service providers, and ensuring technical service quality and high availability while adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist is also responsible for maintaining the secure operation of services by integrating current security standards, actively participating in IT projects, and managing requirement and change management processes. Key requirements include professional experience in the IT field, expertise in Microsoft 365, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and ServiceNow, alongside a strong ability to work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented.
