Job Summary

AIXTRON, a leading deposition equipment supplier for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage the Software QA team. This role involves the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, focusing on planning, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely and high-quality software qualification and release. Key responsibilities include aligning SW qualification and release plans with development and project management, ensuring compliance with milestones and quality standards, and managing team resources and budget. The successful candidate will drive continuous efficiency improvements, advance software validation technologies—including optimizing test infrastructures and establishing modern Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test benches—and foster a culture of continuous improvement within an international, interdisciplinary team. Success requires strong leadership skills, expertise in SW QA processes, test automation, and the ability to communicate effectively with top management and external stakeholders.
