Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the technical building equipment (TGA) aspects, specifically electrical systems, within complex construction projects, including concrete shell construction and turnkey solutions. The Specialist Site Manager will coordinate technical trade interfaces, ensure smooth site execution, and maintain strict control over costs, schedules, and quality for subcontractors. Key responsibilities include execution monitoring, creating cost statements and amendments, and serving as the primary technical contact for clients, architects, and authorities regarding the specialist area. Successful candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with professional experience in planning and implementing building technical systems, ideally within turnkey construction environments. The position requires a structured, performance-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
