Job Summary

This role involves supporting and advancing a client's IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on network administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and monitoring of complex LAN and WAN networks. Key activities include analyzing and resolving intricate network and system failures, implementing and administering crucial network devices like switches, routers, firewalls, and F5-Loadbalancers, and advancing routing/switching environments using modern data center architectures (Cisco ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF). Ideal candidates possess deep knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with various network operating systems. This position offers significant flexibility, allowing up to 100% remote work after an initial onboarding phase in Bautzen, making it attractive for experienced professionals seeking hybrid work arrangements.
