Job Summary

This role within the HDI IT Group focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of applications, driving the digital transformation, and contributing to innovative IT solutions. The IT Specialist will be responsible for 2nd-level support, particularly concerning Adobe products and web browsers, and will actively participate in the development and maintenance of applications focusing on innovation, usability, and cost-efficiency. Key activities include preparing and executing changes, managing releases, and creating operational concepts. The ideal candidate is a communicative, service-oriented team player with a background in system integration and experience with Adobe applications (Acrobat DC, Creative Cloud) and major web browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome). This position offers training-on-the-job, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work in an agile environment across multiple German locations (Hamburg, Hannover, Hilden, or Cologne).
