Senior Learning Platform Administrator and Configurator | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves acting as the Senior Administrator and Configurator for the adaptive learning platform, Area9 Rhapsode, within the Digital Solutions and Services division of the WBS GRUPPE. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical administration, configuration, and ongoing development of the platform, encompassing user management, course structuring, reporting, and interface management. A critical component of the role is the conception, implementation, and maintenance of complex system integrations, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Single Sign-On (SSO), and API connections. The successful candidate will also handle 3rd-level technical support, performance monitoring, and quality assurance, using data analysis to drive technical improvements.
