Job Summary
This role is central to ensuring smooth customer collaboration for a German MedTech company developing Point-of-Care diagnostic devices (fluidlabs). The specialist acts as the primary contact for partners, providing technical support and expert advice on testing services and devices. Key responsibilities include actively optimizing support and complaint processes, managing complex customer complaints, coordinating corrective actions (including returns and recalls), and maintaining transparent communication throughout the resolution process. The position involves close, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Life Science, Operations, and Sales teams, and requires a high degree of responsibility, customer orientation, and a hands-on mentality. Furthermore, the role involves deputizing for the Head of Operations, including leadership responsibilities, and supporting product lifecycle, change, and CAPA processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in technical support and/or complaint management
- Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing sustainable solutions
- Initial experience in leading diverse teams (advantageous)
