IT Specialist for System Integration | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive IT system administration, configuration, and support within a dynamic IT service provider environment. The specialist will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of client and server systems, primarily in the Microsoft environment, including Windows Server applications like Active Directory, Exchange, and DNS/DHCP. Day-to-day tasks include performing 1st and 2nd-level support, troubleshooting, analyzing system requirements, and assisting with technical aspects of proposal creation. This position requires strong technical expertise in networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Office 365, coupled with excellent customer-facing communication skills. The successful candidate will contribute to various IT projects, ensure the operational responsibility of customer IT services, and help shape the growth of a nationally recognized IT system house group.
