The professional will independently conceptualize, plan, lead, and coordinate renewal and new construction projects across all phases, focusing on energy-efficient, sustainable, and climate-neutral technology for the exhibition grounds. Key responsibilities include evaluating existing systems for operational optimization, conducting feasibility and profitability analyses, and coordinating technical and structural interfaces. The manager will handle sub-project leadership duties concerning costs, quality, and deadlines, prepare tender documents and execution plans, and manage commissioning, invoicing, and cost control.
